There are two ways to access all of the pipeline output:
Use Globus (it is free). The shared link is here. You can learn how to set up a personal Globus account here.
Use the https pass-through website.
The links in the SNP table & metadata sections are accurate and up to date (DESTv1 and DESTv2).
The links in the SYNC, BAM, BED, and Pipeline Output section are incomplete (DESTv1 only).
